These products deliver maximum efficiency and are available in fork, orthogonal and 90-degree model types with max speeds up to 3,500 rpm. Swiveling-type styles are also available offering increased flexibility for milling applications to meet your exact machining requirements.
Setco offers fixed milling heads for applications that require maximum rigidity and stable cutting performance. Fixed models have a max speed of 3,500 rpm with max torque of 1,000 Nm. Setco’s standard fixed models include a 5-face auto head, an orthogonal swiveling head and a multi-angular swiveling head.
Setco offers semi-automatic manual milling heads that offer similar benefits of automatic heads at a more economical price. Configurations include manual change 90-degree, 90-degree extended, vertical, horizontal, and orthogonal milling heads. Configurations deliver a range from 300-1,000 Nm to deliver maximum torque.
Setco offers manual milling heads that include an extended 90-degree configuration and a universal swiveling head. With either 2,000 or 2,500 rpm max speeds, both models deliver impressive performance for your exact machining requirements.
Setco owns the sole rights to manufacture all HEADTec brand products including ram-type (RBU-series) spindles, quill-type (Q-series) spindles and high torque (MH-series) milling heads.
