The Spindle Experts – Our Pune WISC facility specializes in repairing spindles and milling heads and manufacturing both standard and customized spindles for milling, turning, and grinding applications. Spanning 26,000 square feet, this temperature-controlled facility ensures micron-level precision in spindle performance.

Equipped with an in-house machine shop featuring advanced VMCs, turning centers, and lathes, we efficiently manufacture parts as needed. Additionally, our temperature-controlled grinding shop, with eight machines for internal and external diameter grinding, provides critical support for precision repairs.
To maintain the highest quality standards, we have invested significantly in our facility including cutting-edge inspection and testing equipment, such as CMM, digital Digimar, Schenck balancing machines, and Bluetooth-enabled digital gauges. This digital infrastructure captures and transmits measurement data directly into inspection reports. We have a well-stocked store with bearings, disc springs, and regularly used parts to ensure a faster turnaround time.
With over 20 years of experience in India, our skilled team of technicians has successfully repaired spindles and milling heads from more than 350 brands, giving us unparalleled expertise in resolving complex spindle issues. Our in-house engineering team, specializing in process engineering, design, and modifications, works closely with customers and machine tool OEMs to meet even the most challenging requirements.
Dedicated Teams – We have specialized teams for large milling and turning spindles, as well as a dedicated team for small, high-speed air-bearing spindles used in industries like electronics, PCB manufacturing, and medical and dental applications. As an authorized repair partner for Westwind Air Bearing spindles, we bring an additional layer of specialized expertise.
Our comprehensive testing facility includes dedicated test benches for bearing run-in and closed loop drives to test integrated (built-in motor) spindles. We rigorously test each spindle across various parameters, such as clamping force, vibration, temperature, runout, balance, and taper blue matching. All repair services are supported by a warranty of up to one year, depending on the service.
Spindle Manufacturing – Our Pune facility also has a dedicated spindle manufacturing division, producing belt-driven and direct-drive spindles for milling, turning, and grinding applications. We manufacture customized spindles to meet specific customer requirements and offer re-engineering services, such as upgrading bush bearings to anti-friction bearings and supporting older spindle models no longer serviced by OEMs. We proudly supply well-known Indian machine tool OEMs and SPMs for custom applications with their spindle needs.
Additional Services – Beyond spindle repair and milling head services, we offer spindle health checkups, in-situ taper grinding, and even a “Spindle Ambulance” service, which provides convenient pickup and delivery of spindles within a 100 km radius.
