Disassemble the milling head and clean the critical parts.
Check/inspect the broken parts and components to find the root cause. We check bearings, gears, encoder, drawbar, springs, seals, sensors, motors, shaft… etc.
Analyze and decide which parts need to be changed and reconditioned.
Send quotation to customer.
Purchase the new components and reverse-engineer or recondition the worn parts.
Complete the assembly and restore the milling head functions.
