Dovetail Slides: Dovetail slides provide a cost-effective solution for precise tooling positioning and movement. We offer dovetail way slides in standard and heavy-duty TS, HTS, M-Series and DS-Series designs for various applications, ensuring maximum accuracy and a long performance life. For operations requiring increased performance, the heavy-duty models offer features that deliver more rigidity and stability, including thicker saddles, bases and dovetail cross sections.
Hardened Way Slides: Our hardened way slides offer box-way construction to deliver rugged, heavy-duty performance while providing superior rigidity and vibration-dampening qualities. This design supports general-purpose feeding and provides many years of trouble-free operation. We supply these slides in stock options and custom designs with various saddle widths and lengths.
Linear Bearing Slides: Setco offers linear bearing slides in seven standard sizes and custom options that deliver accurate, low-friction linear movement. These designs are multidirectional and provide exceptionally smooth operation in any direction. Linear bearings are ideal for various industrial applications such as grinding machines, drilling machines and other CNC equipment.
