Extensive Repair Capabilities – Experienced technicians provide prompt repair for any size machine tool spindle or other high precision rotating devices that incorporate ball, roller, taper boreroller bearing designs. Full in-house machining operations provide one-source capability to repair or totally remanufacture your spindle. It is the official repairpartner for Setco, Pope, Whitnon, MAG, Alfing and Mitsubishi Heavy spindles. Setco specializes in the repair of Kessler, Weiss, NTC and Mitsubishi Heavy spindles.
Comprehensive 26,000 sq. ft. Service Center – This facility includes a dedicated area for disassembly, a world class assembly room for spindles, and multiple test stands for run off.
Complete Testing Equipment – A comprehensive range of high frequency drives such as Siemens, Fanuc and Spindel. Chillers and lubricators, all permitting closed and open loop runoff and testing for all makes and models of repaired spindles under simulated operating conditions.
Pick-up and Delivery Available – Door-to-door service can be arranged for manufacturers within the continental United States
